I have been making Flyball Boxes since 1996, and they have been sold to flyball folks all over the United States, Japan, and Germany.
Types of boxes that I sell are:
I make both wooden and Sintra® jumps. Wooden jumps are regulation in size, and sport features not found on other jumps. Click here for more info.
Sintra(r) Slats
Sintra(r) is an expanded PVC material that is used by Flyballers for practice and competition. 1" and 2" Slats are the common size of choice, but some teams make the whole jump out of this product. Very flexible, this material simply will not break, and dogs will not get injured when hitting them. If you buy these slats, it will be the last set you will ever need to buy:-)
All slats are cut to 30" length and are 3/8" thick.

Elbow Catches.
After searching for the best latch to use on Flyball Boxes, I decided to make my own. Made out of 1/4" plate steel, they will outlast the life of the box. $12.50 ea.
Pedal Pads.
Made out of T&S 3/8" anti-fatigue matting, this stuff works well and is soft on dog's pads, yet strong enough to last many seasons. 24"x36" $20.
